Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie
To prepare a protein shake dissolve one serving (28 g – 1 scoop) in 300–350 ml of water. To get the consistency of a pudding, dissolve one serving (28 g) in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
