Odparovač/horák: Do odparovača alebo aromalampy pridajte 6 až 8 kvapiek éterického oleja. Vdychovanie: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale vapour for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalations not recommended for children under 10). Masáž: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Kúpeľ: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
