Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie
Odparovač/horák: Do odparovača alebo aromalampy pridajte 6 až 8 kvapiek éterického oleja.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Masáž: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
Kúpeľ: Do 20 ml nosného oleja pridajte 4 až 6 kvapiek éterického oleja a vmiešajte do vody.
