Odparovač/horák: Do odparovača alebo aromalampy pridajte 6 až 8 kvapiek éterického oleja. Vdychovanie: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Masáž: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba. Kúpeľ: Do 20 ml nosného oleja pridajte 4 až 6 kvapiek éterického oleja a vmiešajte do vody.

Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
