Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie
Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops to a bowl of very hot water, inhale steam for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.
