Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie
Vaporiser/Diffuser: Do odparovača alebo aromalampy pridajte 6 až 8 kvapiek éterického oleja.
Vdychovanie: Do misy s veľmi horúcou vodou pridajte 3 až 5 kvapiek éterického oleja a vdychujte výpary počas 5 až 10 minút. (Inhalácia je určená len pre deti staršie ako 10 rokov.)
Masážna zmes: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil.
Bath blend: Add 4 to 6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
