Vaporiser/Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops to a vaporiser or oil burner.
Vdychovanie: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of very hot water and inhale vapours for 5–10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old).
Masáž: Dilute 5 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g. almond or jojoba oil).
Kúpeľ: Add 4–6 drops to 20 ml of carrier oil, then mix into bath water.
