NOW Foods Probiotic-10 contains 25 Billion CFU across 10 selected probiotic strains in every vegetable capsule. This broad-spectrum formula combines Lactobacillus a Bifidobacterium species — including L. acidophilus , B. lactis , L. plantarum , and L. rhamnosus — alongside Streptococcus thermophilus , providing a blend of bacterial strains in a single daily serving.
The formula also includes FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), a prebiotic fibre. Each capsule is made with hypromellose, making the product fully vegan and vegetarian-friendly, with no wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients used in manufacturing.
