About Nature Love – Vitamin B Complex (90 Capsules)
Nature Love Vitamin B Complex delivers all eight essential B vitamins in a single daily capsule, carefully selected in their most bioavailable forms. Highlights include active Quatrefolic® folate — the body-ready (6S)-5-MTHF glucosamine salt — and a triple-form Vitamin B12 combining Methylcobalamin, 5′-Deoxyadenosylcobalamin and Hydroxocobalamin for comprehensive coverage. Vitamin B6 is provided as Pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P-5-P), the coenzyme form the body can utilise directly.
Thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
