Natur Tanya Vegan Magnesium Active B6 combines premium Albion™ buffered magnesium bisglycinate with active vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P-5-P) — the biologically active coenzyme form the body can utilise directly. Each capsule delivers 100 mg of elemental magnesium alongside 1.4 mg of vitamin B6.
