About Natur Tanya – Vegan Artichokes (60 Capsules)
Natur Tanya Vegan Artichokes delivers a concentrated artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolimus L.), standardised to 5% cynarin, providing 800 mg of extract per serving. Cynarin is the key active compound naturally present in artichoke leaves. Each serving also provides L-ornithine HCl along with B vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6.
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) contributes to the normal function of the heart. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
Formulated in plant-derived HPMC vegetable capsules, this product is 100% vegan and vegetarian-friendly, free from artificial colours, preservatives and flavours. Each pack contains 60 capsules, providing up to a 60-day supply at the maximum recommended dose, or up to 60 servings as directed.

Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie
Take 1–2 capsules per day, preferably approximately 30 minutes before a meal, swallowed with plenty of liquid. (This ensures adequate bile secretion at the right time.) Recommended duration: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days. Long-term use is recommended. Number of servings in product: 60.

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount! This food supplement does not replace a balanced mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable from 12 years of age. May also be consumed by diabetics. Do not use if taking blood thinners, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by persons allergic to plants of the Asteraceae family (e.g. marigold, arnica, chamomile). Artichoke leaf extract is not recommended for people with gallstones, as the active compounds may have a choleretic effect (stimulate bile production), which could lead to serious side effects.
