Holland & Barrett’s High Strength Triple Omega 3-6-9 delivers a comprehensive blend of essential and beneficial fatty acids from three carefully selected oil sources: Fish Oil, Starflower (Borage) Oil, and Flaxseed Oil. Each daily serving of two softgel capsules provides 3,481 mg of this combined oil blend, covering a broad spectrum of fatty acids including EPA, DHA, Alpha-Linolenic Acid, Linoleic Acid, Gamma-Linolenic Acid, and Oleic Acid — all in a single, convenient supplement.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA combined, and 2 g of ALA.
