Ostrovit EAAdvanced is a comprehensive essential amino acid formula designed to support your training routine. Each 12 g serving delivers 6,375 mg of EAAs — including branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine) alongside L-lysine, L-glutamine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan, L-methionine and L-cysteine, providing a wide-ranging amino acid profile in one convenient powder.
The formula is further enriched with an electrolyte blend totalling 947 mg per serving, combining potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride. Vitamin B6 is also included. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie
Serving 12 g (2 flat scoops) — dissolve in 200 ml of water. On training days, consume one serving before a meal or workout, the second serving after training. On non-workout days, 1 serving between two meals.
