Viking Supplements Calcium & Magnesium Powder delivers two essential minerals — calcium and magnesium — in their highly soluble citrate forms, combined with Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), in a clean, additive-free powder format. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and contributes to normal muscle function. Each serving provides 400 mg of calcium from calcium citrate, 400 mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate, and 5 mcg (200 IU) of Vitamin D3 — representing 50%, 107%, and 100% of the EU Nutrient Reference Values respectively.
