About Evogen – Light & Tight – 28 caps

Evogen Light & Tight is a capsule-format food supplement combining magnesium citrate with a specialised Clean & Detox Matrix and the prebiotic bacteriophage blend PreforPro. Formulated to complement an active lifestyle, each serving delivers 210 mg of magnesium — a mineral that contributes to normal muscle function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

The Clean & Detox Matrix brings together a selection of botanical extracts — including burdock root, aloe vera juice powder, peppermint, fennel seed, senna leaf, and cascara sagrada bark — in a single 800 mg per serving blend. This is complemented by 15 mg of PreforPro, a proprietary bacteriophage complex (LH01 Myoviridae, LL5, Siphoviridae) designed to support a balanced internal environment.

As a dietary supplement, take 1–2 capsules with 8–16 oz. of water, once or twice a day — once in the morning and/or once in the afternoon. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. For best results, use with a combined diet and training programme under professional supervision. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSAGE. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 4 CAPSULES IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD.
