BetterYou MultiVit Oral Spray delivers 14 essential vitamins and minerals in a convenient liquid spray format with a natural blackcurrant and plum flavour. Each daily dose of just 4 sprays provides a comprehensive blend including Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Folate, Selenium, and a full B-vitamin complex — all absorbed directly through the lining of the mouth for a practical, swallow-free alternative to traditional tablets and capsules.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Vitamin B12 and Folate contribute to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie
Use 4 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water; can be taken at any time of day. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to prime. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace cap after use.
Upozornenia
Contains Vitamin K — not to be taken if on anti-coagulants (blood thinners) unless advised by GP. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. We would recommend not using this spray while pregnant as it contains Vitamin A; consult your doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or on any medication. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
