Chicory inulin is a naturally occurring dietary fibre and prebiotic. According to the EU Register of authorised health claims, chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Spôsob použitia a dávkovanie

Dissolve 1 and 1/2 scoops (4.5 g) of powder in 200 ml of warm or cold water, drink, or add directly to food. Take three times a day. Daily dose: 3 × 4.5 g = 13.5 g (providing 12 g of inulin). A measuring scoop is included inside the package.
