For use in aroma lamps/oil burners: add a few drops to the water in the aroma lamp. For warm water/bath: add a few drops to warm water. For sauna: add a few drops to sauna water used to create steam. Do not use on open flames. Use only diluted. Do not apply to skin shortly before sunbathing or using tanning beds.
