Kedy bude moja objednávka odoslaná?
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Odkiaľ sa odosiela moja objednávka?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Czech Republic through our fulfilment partner, Dextrum Fulfillment, a.s., in Paskov. Some orders may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers within the EU — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
Ako dlho trvá doručenie?
Delivery normally takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method and destination country. Delivery is made to your door or to the nearest pick-up point, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
Aké platobné metódy prijímate?
We accept several payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Klarna where available, and other local payment options depending on your country. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Čo mám robiť, ak mi dorazí poškodený alebo nesprávny tovar?
Obráťte sa, prosím, na našu zákaznícku podporu na adrese support@vikingsupplements.eu with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will help you with a replacement or refund where applicable — at no cost to you.
Kde môžem sledovať stav svojej objednávky?
Once your parcel has been collected by the carrier, we will send you an email with tracking information.
Ako môžem vrátiť tovar?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. The easiest way is to use our online withdrawal form; you then have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back. Products must be unused with the seal and original packaging intact — sealed food supplements cannot be returned once opened. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Ako môžem použiť zľavový kód?
You can enter your discount code at checkout. Add the code in the designated coupon field and the discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid.
